Racing History - 2004

  • Graduated from the Buck Baker Driving School.
  • Competed in the USAC Sprint Car Series and USAC Silver Crown Series.  Bobby posted many top five and top ten finishes.
  • Winner of the IMSA Super-Modified Series Budweiser Classic Nationals at the Oswego Speedway in Oswego, NY.
  • Competed in seventy-seven lap double features at the Music City Complex in Nashville, TN posting fourth and ninth place finishes.
  • Won a NEMA Midget Series event at the Waterfor Speedbowl in Waterford, CT.
  • Competed in and finished fourth in the Modified Tour-Type division at the annual North-South Shootout held at Concord Motorsports Park in Concord, NC.
  • Bobby was a Final Ten pick for Roush Racing’s Gong Show.  This driver audition/competition is both innovative and unique in American racing.  It brings together a field of racers from across the country for a shot to drive for Roush Racing.  It ’s a uniquely democratic process spearheaded by legendary racer and team owner Jack Roush.
  • Competed in six NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series races as a Rookie.  Bobby qualified by time for all six events.

Racing History 2005

  • Competed in USAC Midgets, Sprints, and Silver Crown Series.  Bobby has 5 top fives in qualifying, 6 top fines in feature events, and 10 top ten finishes in Midget, Sprints and Silver Crown cars.  Bobby received the Hard Charger award at the Richmond Int’l Raceway in Richmond, VA and was fast time qualifier and finished in second place at Pikes Peak Int’l Raceway in Colorado Springs, CO.
  • Competed in the 1st SK Modified Division race at the annual North-South Shootout at Concord Motorsports Park in Concord, NC.  Bobby picked up the Fast Time Award.
